DNWs: noncon/dubcon/rape, A/B/O, blood or bathroom kinks, extreme pain/torture (mild pain in hurt-comfort scenarios is OK), medical kinks that involve breaking the skin (a gentle 'playing doctor' kind of medical kink is OK), body horror, high school/college AUs, humiliation/degradation, violence beyond the canon-typical, graphic descriptions of/focus on pain, unrequested parent/child incest.

(Basically, if the story's official focus is someone getting seriously hurt/injured/caused pain in a way where they need on-screen professional medical care and not a simple first aid kit? I don't want those sorts of things.)

Likes: soft & gentle caretaking situations, food as a metaphor for love, that extra thrill of "we probably shouldn't do this… but we're doing it anyway", friends with benefits, soulmates/soulbonds, wingfic & wing-grooming, characters being soft - and/or weird - about each other, three times/five times fics, mpreg, time loops/Groundhog Day scenarios, sharing a bed, comfort outweighing the hurt, fluff, gardening, home improvement/home redecorating/going to IKEA.

100% PLEASE don't feel like you need to follow any of my thoughts below or write anything beyond the minimum word count. I have read and loved many single-scene pieces that are just things like the characters being soft with each other, making dinner together, or cuddling on a sofa while they watch a movie.

Chasing Amy: So many problems with this movie could have been avoided if someone had just explained to Kevin Smith what bisexuality is. Fix Banky and Holden for me! :-D Either somewhat close to the end of the first movie, or maybe they haven't seen each other in person for a while and then are at the same convention and get a drink after.

If you're more interested in writing them already in a relationship, a scene of them doing something domestic together would be more than welcome - going grocery shopping, going furniture shopping, brainstorming comic ideas, wandering a convention hall, one trying to surprise the other with a date night...

Clerks: "He was mine first," Randal tells Caitlin in the first movie. Maybe getting trashed together leads to more? Maybe they go up on the Quick Stop roof after the store is closed and jerk off together and don't talk about (until they do talk about it)?

Gattaca: I haven't watched this in forever but it was a very formative movie for baby slash fan Lake! If you'd like to write a missing scene style thing for Vincent and Jerome, and leave the ending of the movie the way it is, I would read that! If you'd like to change the ending of the movie entirely and have them run away together somehow, I would read that! If you'd like to write Vincent making Jerome feel loved, feel comforted, and/or feel sexual for the first time in a long time - I would read that! If this is too many exclamation points for one single exchange request… oh well.

Signs: I remain vaguely bummed that Mel Gibson is such a gross person, because this is one of the few movies of his I still really like. I would read anything for this pairing - from barely-there UST, to secretive guilt-laden hookups, even an unrequited Merrill never actually confessing his feelings but not looking anywhere else but at Graham.

Terminator Genisys: Somehow this was the movie I loved the most the summer of 2015, I don't know how it happened! MOM AND DAD DON'T WANT TO BE ROBOTS WITH ME SO I WILL BLOW SHIT UP! Oh, John. I would love something set pre-movie, where they're drunk on homemade booze and Kyle doesn't know he's John's dad and John has no qualms about sleeping with a father he never even knew, or maybe mid-movie fic about the real John still being alive inside the John!Terminator somewhere and trying to reach Kyle.

Or a completely different AU without Terminators, with or without robot parts and/or John and Kyle being related (but feel free to do some daddykink sorts of things as a reference).

Top Gun: ["Highway to the Danger Zone" plays on repeat] I feel like this is one of those movies where you just can't help but capital-L Love Tom Cruise in this role. And there's such a thin line between mocking and flirting here. It's how you end up with gay chicken, Pete Mitchell.

I would also be into reading a cyborg AU where one or both of them have robot parts (it can be just part of the story, or it could be the kink), or a bit of a Pacific Rim AU, or heck - an AU where they are both jetplanes themselves.

Uncharted: I got like fifteen minutes into this movie and yelled "oh no, are they going to kiss?" and scared the cats. And Nate and Sully still go off together in the end (without a clear indication that Nate and Chloe are going to become a couple). What's their first time like? What adventure do they have post-movie? Does one of them start buying the other gifts in an attempt to woo them?
