(no subject)

Oh, it's May. Where did April go? Truly I spent the month doing Camp NaNo - my set goal was 18k, and I wrote 25k. About half of it was on a ridiculous Maverick/Rooster rock band AU that I'd been poking at since last August and which, now that I have the rough draft complete, I don't even want to look at again. I also finished off a few other WIPs, one of which was a 15k cruisequarries thing that a small part of me was like, "self, why are you writing something this long for a pairing only about 25 people on the entire planet even care about?" BUT today someone wrote the loveliest bookmark note about it, and I thought oh yeah, because if just one other person loves this, then it's worth it.
