Picking up the day after "The Choad Less Traveled",
A large adult man baby is hungover:

He downs a raw egg handover remedy, feeds Goff-Butterfly some of the goo, then sits on his front step looking miserable for a while. Eagly brings him a dead small animal.
John Cena is Large. It would take at least three of me to make one John Cena.
Keeya shows up at Leota's hotel room like "why are you ignoring me?" and Leota has to run off to work. She feels bad. Waller texts to ask if she's planted the fake diary at Peacemaker's yet. (No.)
At HQ, Murn - poor long-suffering Murn - explains who and what the Butterflies are. This gets derailed like eight times, because Peacemaker and Vigilante are basically idiots who have to make stupid comments all the time.

Peacemaker and Economos argue about Auggie being framed. Chris rattles off a giant list of celebrities that Economos could have framed instead. "What about Adriana Grande, or Drake? Brad Pitt, or Payne Stewart, or Doug the Pug?" This goes on for a while. Murn finally yells at them to shut up. Adebayo has potentially figured out where the Butterflies' food is being made, so everyone is taking a field trip.

Auggie meets with Detective Song and the other detective dude. He insults Sophie some more, then insists they take his prints again, and says Chris is responsible.
Back at HQ, a discussion is being had about Chris giving out nicknames based on what his dude friends' penises looked like.

Ads is all, "Why are you looking at everyone's dick?". Adrian tries to say he doesn't have normal people emotions so it didn't bother him, being called "Thimble", but clearly he's had some human emotions since he felt bad about letting it slip to Auggie that he knows Chris. Adebayo tells Chris he should be nicer to Economos and stop calling him Dye-Beard.
Auggie is re-fingerprinted.
The team drives to the bottling plant, discussing how it's just the six of them against an alien invasion. Economos and Chris bond over loving Hanoi Rocks. Chris puts on "11th Street Kids" just as Harcourt parks the truck (today they're a plumbing company) at the plant.
Murn meets with Christopher Heyerdahl, playing a former mercenary who's now going to be their plant in the Evergreen PD.
Sophie looks at the prints and finds they are indeed Peacemaker's. She and the other detective go to the witness couple's apartment and Evan immediately gives away that they lied, but that Peacemaker was nice about it and isn't Auggie a racist anyway? Sophie is not happy about having to let Auggie out but if he's not the criminal in this particular case, she can't just keep him in jail.
The team preps to go into the factory. Vigilante wants to bring a chainsaw but Harcourt says no. Ads and Harcourt rock-paper-scissors for who has to partner up with Vigilante.
Peacemaker turns on the x-ray vision helmet and can see the Butterflies, and so shoots them. Harcourt and Vigilante find boxes upon boxes filled with jars of the Butterfly food. Eventually they get trapped in a room with "Charlie" - who is the gorilla that was on TV in the last episode, now controlled by a Butterfly.
Peacemaker and Adebayo throw a Russian tank shell taped to a grenade into a bunch of Butterflies, which is of course a huge explosion.

They all fight the gorilla and are losing when Economos shows up with the chainsaw and kills the gorilla with it.
Now covered in blood but excited that none of them died and they killed a bunch of aliens, everyone jams out in the truck on the way back to HQ. Even Harcourt smiles.
Auggie is going back to jail! The fingerprints do match! They don't really, but Murn's plant is now there, and has finagled things.
Back at HQ, Murn says that next up is figuring out where the goo comes from, but first they should all to go home and rest. Vigilante is annoyed that he didn't get to kill anyone/anything with the chainsaw.
Sophie and her partner go to a judge - who is also her uncle - to get a search warrant for Peacemaker's trailer.
Ads drives Chris home. Harcourt adds them all to a group chat. Adrian's busboy-ing at the restaurant again (apparently he just went to work? It's 8:30PM, per Harcourt's phone screen). Chris invites Ads in for a celebratory drink. He makes some garbage that neither of them can stomach the taste of, so they open beers instead. They discuss his attempts to get with Harcourt, which Adebayo is skeptical of. She tells Chris he's not a bad guy, but he uses being a dick to push people away - if he'd drop that and just be himself, people might like him. He starts to get emotional about having friends but flees to pee. Adebayo plants the diary, feeling bad about it - she moves it from one location to even further under a different piece of furniture.
On her way home, she leaves her wife an apology voicemail. Then she decides to go back to HQ to do some work. There, she tries on the x-ray helmet - and sees that Murn is a Butterfly. He chases her out into the street.
